Use Of The Service

NY Tech Week Companion helps users browse public event information, save events, receive curated suggestions, and build itinerary options. You are responsible for checking official event pages, RSVP status, admission requirements, and final event details before attending.

No Event Affiliation

This service is not the official NY Tech Week website and is not endorsed by every event host or platform listed in the catalog. Event details may change, sell out, require approval, or be removed by organizers.

Registered Features

If you register or connect Google Calendar, you authorize the app to use the information you provide and the permissions you grant for the features described in the product and privacy policy, including shortlist sync, confirmation matching, itinerary planning, and hidden-address help when address details are available in your confirmations.

Acceptable Use

• Do not abuse, scrape, attack, overload, or interfere with the service.
• Do not use the service to misrepresent event access, credentials, or affiliation.
• Do not submit information you do not have the right to provide.

Event Data And Recommendations

Recommendations, itinerary slots, availability labels, and location notes are best-effort planning aids. They are not a guarantee of access, admission, approval, safety, timing, or venue accuracy.

Availability

We may change, pause, or discontinue parts of the service at any time. We may also remove data or restrict access when needed for security, abuse prevention, operational reasons, or legal compliance.
